HK9OA, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, exists to support and uplift those who have served—military veterans and first responders—by equipping them with skills in canine training and care. The program also rehabilitates rescue dogs, giving them a purpose as service animals or companions. This initiative creates a “ripple effect,” positively impacting both humans and animals while fostering a supportive community.
